ABOUT US

1UP Media started off as a small project between Damien and Morgan in the Hills of Perth, Western Australia. As time progressed the project was built into a small agency capable of a variety of services, and specialising in new media. In May 2007, the boys were joined by photographer Tia, and the company started full swing. Currently 1UP Media employ numerous trusted contractors and associates to complete specialized work when needed.

	Damien is the man behind the business side of 1UP media. Completing a degree in Communications at the University of Notre Dame Australia, majoring in Film and Television, he also dabbled in Radio, Advertising and Human Resources. For the past few years, Damien has worked in several positions for a well respected telecommunications company, gaining knowledge in sales, customer service, and running a team of staff. As of late he's moved into promotions working with a few of Perth’s larger agencies. Currently Damien holds a passion for Film and Television, hoping to break into the industry as a writer in the future. Damien's concept for what a good business should be is; “Fun, competent, easy to work with, providing the best customer service possible, and most importantly done with style”.
DAMIEN BODESTYNE Managing Director
	Morgan attended Edith Cowan university to study a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in both Advertising and Interactive Multimedia. He went on into post graduate studies, completing a Bachelor of Communications with Honours before moving to Osaka, Japan for 18 months. Having broadened his perspective on advertising, marketing and the world in general, he is settled back in Perth, co-founding 1UP Media. These days he enjoys a wide array of music and concerts, sports, arts, film and television. Morgan oversees and participates in all creative design and development, whilst providing a bridge between the artists and the suits.
MORGAN ALMASI Creative Director
	Tia is a self taught photographer of 3 years. She has previously worked with glamour studios doing portraiture, stock photography and product photos as well as landscape and fine art. An avid photographer who enjoys taking photos, Tia is a good listener and always strives to exceed customer's expectations by communicating directly to achieve the best photos possible. With 5 years of photo editing up her sleeve using Photoshop, she can conjure up anything you could imagine. Aside from taking photos, Tia loves spending time with her family, taking her car out for a spin and having a laugh with friends.
